So useful when working with sticky icing - and even though these are disposable, I often rinse them and use them again. Essential if I’m decorating with differently coloured icings, so I can have several on the go at once, and their flexibility makes them very easy to work with. Cut the tip off the bag, slip in a nozzle then turn back the top of the bag before filling with icing about half-way up. Twist the end of the bag to stop the icing escaping.
